about today !

okay okay i know i havent been bloging or taking pics of my outfits !!BUT!!  I HAVE A REASON .
today was a mess since i wanted to go out with friends but couldnt then i wanted to like clean the house a bit and i got bored .. so i noticed after a few minutes i was on the coach laying down eating a cake with sugar I MEAN EXTRA SUGAR on the cake so i was just like : 
                                                       WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING ? 
                      I got off of my ass called MY LOVE UP TOLLED HIM I NEEDED TO GET MOVING 
AND KNOWING HIM HE LOVES LOVES LOVES I MEAN LOVEEEEEESSSS FITNESS SO HE WENT ALL BOAT CAMP ON ME and still had the chance to tell me i was doing good and not to give up i could feel the cake screaming inside my stomach ! XD  so to finish things off it was a nice cool day 
OHH OHH aND I WENT SHOPPING WITH MY FRIEND ! ILL SHOW THE PICS LATTER ON ! :D

          today is the day that iam off iam sure you know what that means !! .. BLOG DAY !!! :D i have a bit idea of what to blog about and since the weather is going all crazy here one time hot then it becomes WINTER ! so i really dont know what to wear ! soo this is why today i will take picz of everything i have been wearing this week .

DIY SPRAY PAINT T-SHIRT

OKAy .. so i made this t-shirt with alot of spray paint and a cardboard 

(things you will need)

1.spray paint

2.cardboard

3.tape (little /medium tape)

OKAY!

FIRST ! you will need to line up your tape on the shirt you have to then put the cardboard inside the t-shirt

after that start spraying however you like or want it to be 

NOTE :DO KNOW THE SPRAY PAINT I DID GETS OFF AFTER ITS WASHED SO TRY T GET ONES THAT ARE WATER PROOF!

today is my day off and as a friday there is no where to go unless im going to the arabic side of jerusalem
so today i will just drink coffee and relax online and try to post as much as i can

how to wake up for work and have energy for it !

                have been having some weird thing happening to me.. no matter how much i sleep or not sleep i still go to work being pissed off its kinda annoying me out right now its like im on my period but!! iam not                   !!and yet im really moody ! does anyone have any tips for me ? i tried to wake up a bit early or take a bath ! WELL WAIT NO I DIDNT TRY THE BATH THINGY (thinking about it i tried it once and i think it worked WILL KEEP YOU UP TO DATE IF IT WORKS ) BTW DONT BE SHY TO GIVE ME SOME TIPS OR ANYTHING ! :D <3

okay so i love love any kind of dark movies but not soo many but the last one i watched was  sweeney todd!

AND CAN I JUST SAY? .. WHAT A BEAUTIFUL ENDING !! 

UGH !! I CANT STOP TALKING ABOUT IT IT WAS JUST SOO... UGHHH !!!!! SOOO MANY EMOTIONS !!  (if you love scary but yet a bit dark movies this one is a must )
